Dispute IQ - Last updated: September 17, 2026
- Who We Are: Dispute IQ is a self-service software platform. We are not a law firm, credit repair counselor, or credit repair representative, and we do not negotiate with creditors, collectors, or credit bureaus on your behalf. The Service gives you tools to review your own credit file and generate your own dispute letters. You are responsible for reviewing, sending, and following up on any letters the Service generates. Dispute IQ is not a substitute for legal counsel.
- No Guaranteed Results: dispute outcomes depend on your individual credit file, the accuracy of the information you provide, and how creditors/bureaus respond, all of which are outside our control. We do not guarantee that any dispute will result in an item being removed, corrected, or that your credit score will improve.
- Subscription and Billing: the Service is offered as a $300/month subscription providing continued access to the portal. Subscriptions renew automatically each month until canceled. You may cancel at any time through your account settings or by contacting us; cancellation is self-service and takes effect at the end of your current billing period, stopping future billing but not refunding amounts already charged, except as required by law. We do not require long-term contracts, and there are no signup or termination fees. You may cancel your subscription within 3 business days of your initial signup for a full refund of that first payment, no questions asked.
- Use of the Site: you agree not to interfere with or disrupt the Website or Service, attempt unauthorized access to any part of it, or use any bot, scraper, or automated system to access it without our permission. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account.
- No Warranty: the Website and Service are provided "as is" and "as available," without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or completely secure.
- Limitation of Liability: to the fullest extent permitted by law, Dispute IQ and its officers, employees, and affiliates will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Website or Service. Our total liability to you for any claim will not exceed the total amount you paid us in the twelve (12) months before the claim arose.
- Third-Party Links: the Website may link to third-party websites, including credit bureaus, for your convenience. We do not control and are not responsible for those sites.
- Intellectual Property: all content on the Website and within the Service, including the letter-generation software itself, is the property of Dispute IQ or its licensors. You may not reproduce, distribute, or reverse-engineer our software without written permission.
- Submissions: if you submit information through the Website or portal, you represent that it's accurate and that you have the right to share it with us.
- Indemnification: you agree to indemnify and hold harmless Dispute IQ, its officers, employees, and affiliates from claims, damages, or expenses arising from your violation of these Terms or your misuse of the Service.
- Binding Arbitration and Class Action Waiver: please read this carefully: it affects your legal rights. Any dispute arising out of these Terms or your use of the Website or Service will be resolved by binding, individual arbitration rather than in court, except that either party may bring an individual claim in small claims court if it qualifies. You and Dispute IQ each waive the right to a jury trial and the right to participate in a class action.
- Governing Law: these Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas. Any dispute not subject to arbitration will be resolved exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Harris County, Texas.
- Termination: we may restrict or terminate your access to the Website or Service at any time, including if we believe you've violated these Terms.
- Entire Agreement: these Terms, together with our Privacy Policy, make up the entire agreement between you and Dispute IQ regarding the Website and Service.
- Severability: if any provision of these Terms is found unenforceable, the remaining provisions continue in full force and effect.
- Changes: we may update these Terms from time to time. Changes will be posted here with a new "Last updated" date.
